One plan. Everything in it.

We are keeping it simple. We love Frankly and we want you to as well, so we are not holding any features back. Every agency on Frankly runs the whole platform and pays for the seats using it.

From Function Software, the company behind Function Point and FunctionFox, trusted by 1,300+ creative agencies in North America.

$42per seat, per month

  • Every capability in the launch build. The full feature list is what you get.
  • Agents included. Every seat carries a monthly credit allowance, with more available for purchase if you need them.
  • QuickBooks Online and Xero. Accounting sync is included in the subscription price.
  • Set up with someone who knows agencies. Not a ticket queue and a help centre link. Implementation is a one-time cost on top of the seats, sized to your agency, and we will talk it through with you.

What's inside

Built from fifty years of agencies asking for things.

There is a lot in here, and it surfaces through a beautiful, easy-to-use interface. Frankly against the field

Built for agencies, and it shows.

We know where we stand, and we are proud of it. We know this market well, and we are happy to tell you not just what we do that others do not, but how we do the shared things differently. Sometimes it is not about doing the thing, it is about doing it smarter.

Roadmap

What's coming next.

We move quickly and we ship often. Keep an eye on this space. You will see plenty added here, and plenty crossed off.

Slack and Microsoft Teams

Shortly after launch

Conversations, tasks and time flowing between the tools you already talk in and Frankly, so the record stays in one place without anyone re-typing it.

Automation

Shortly after launch

Custom rules inside Frankly, so the workflows you run the same way every time start running themselves.

Client portal

Early 2027

A place to work with your clients directly, without re-explaining what already lives and breathes inside your system.

Proofing

Q1 2027

Feedback and sign-off on the work itself, attached to the task it belongs to.

Questions worth asking

The things we would ask us.

What counts as a seat?

A login. Anyone who signs in, whether to put time on a day, move work along, or look at the money. One person is one seat whichever of those they do, and the rate is per seat per month on annual billing.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. Instead someone walks the product against the way your agency actually runs: your estimating habits, your billing cycle, the report you cannot currently get. That way you are judging it on your own workflow rather than on a sandbox with nothing in it. Early access is open now if you would rather have hands on the keys.

Can I pay monthly?

Annual is the published rate. If a monthly cycle is the difference between yes and no for your agency, raise it on the call. We would rather have that conversation than lose you to a billing preference.

Do the agents cost extra?

The agents are part of the platform rather than an add-on you switch on, and every seat comes with a monthly allowance of credits that resets each billing period. If your agency works through that allowance you can buy additional credit blocks at the published rate, and what you have used is visible in your admin dashboard rather than arriving as a surprise on an invoice.

Can we use Frankly without the AI?

Yes. We can switch the AI off entirely so you never see a trace of it, or switch it off for particular modules, finance for example, so nobody uses it there. Everything the agents can do, you can do by hand in Frankly. We built them to help, not to be something you cannot work without.

We are on Function Point or FunctionFox today. What now?

We would be very happy to keep you in the Function Software family. Book a demo through this site or reach out to your CSM, whichever you prefer. Either way we will know who you are, and we will walk you through what the migration path looks like.

For Function Point there will be a migration layer that moves your data straight into Frankly, so you can be live the same day, or you can take it in stages and decide at each step what earns a place in your new system. Both paths take minimal effort, and the staged one can help you clear out bad data along the way. The same will be available for FunctionFox in early 2027, and until then we are happy to help you find another way across sooner. We will make it work on a timeline that suits you, with your current Function Point or FunctionFox contract taken into account.

Bring the awkward question.

Half an hour with someone who knows agencies. Bring the thing you suspect we cannot do, and we will either show you the screen or tell you when it lands.
